We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and products. If, for any reason you are not entirely happy - please tell us.

All TRAX2 China MAPS are in Stock and usually ships within 3 to 5 work days.

Shipping and Handling
Postage and handling* worldwide is by Australia Post Airmail. See www.auspost.com.au for up to date delivery times and costs. A Handling charge of not more then $2.00 will apply per order.

Returns Policy
Digital Downloads: All sales of Trax2 Digital products are final and are non-refundable, by completing your purchase from Trax2 through PayPal, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods and as such are not entitled to a refund of said goods, regardless of the reason why.
However, We will at our discretion, repair or replace any  products purchased from us, within a period of 30 days from the date of sale.
Support for technical problems is available by email or on our Support Page for the lifetime of the product.
Digital Downloads System Requirements, the Trax2 Digital Maps and Guides are optimized and distributed in the Adobe® PDF format compressed zip for quick download times, and requires the Adobe® ReaderTM for reading which can be downloaded from www.adobe.com

Trax2 Maps: In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your Trax2 map, you can return the map back in its original packaging within 30 days and we will give a full refund less any handling, shipping, and banking charges/transaction fees.
Perishable items: Due to their nature, we cannot offer refunds for perishable items/foods. Ordering of such items through the Trax2 websites are completely on the onus of the purchaser in relations to your countries import/export laws, custom duty and regulations.

Please be aware that Trax2 will not be liable for goods nor take any responsibility of other countries laws once the perishable item/items leaves the shores of Australia.

Trax2 will not be held in any way responsible for any illness which may be contracted from any orders which contain perishable food. Our products are despatched in good condition.
Trax2 can despatch all of our perishable products to worldwide destinations. However, the Trax2 Store will not be responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance and will not refund the cost of the produce or the shipping costs if the order is held or delayed by Customs. Please note that in some cases the recipient may be charged by local Customs for taking delivery of the produce. Trax2 will not be in any way responsible for local taxation or Customs charges.

Please do not place an order if you have any doubt and do not process your perishable item order if you are not fully satisfied with this condition.

When requesting a refund or replacement please contact us by email. We will require you to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. Trax2 will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Payment Method
Trax2 accepts all major credit cards and debit cards (no minimum) and uses a secure payment system via Paypal.
Responsibility of Local Tax and Value Added Tax (V.A.T.)
These are the responsibility of The Purchaser or the recipient in the country of destination.

Local Taxation
The Purchaser shall be liable for any local taxation or duty to be paid on receipt of the goods.
